After an in-depth theoretical part on the coffee journey, from the plantations in tropical areas to the espresso cup, there will be practical tests on how to perform a correct extraction, as well as a careful focus on the maintenance and cleaning of the equipment.

Art of cappuccino

Theory and practice for the artistic preparation of coffee and milk drinks

Cappuccino-making is an art! This in-depth course deals with topics of fundamental importance for the correct preparation of coffee and milk based drinks. In the second part of the course, the typical café dynamics will be simulated through practical tests and the management of multiple orders.

Caffetteria and Latte Art

Advanced theory and practice for espresso extraction and milk foaming

The course allows to understand the world of coffee in depth: after an initial theoretical part on the coffee journey, roasting rules and espresso extraction methods, it will proceed with an intensive practical part, in order to develop the knowledge learned. This activity takes 5 hours.

Let’s discover what’s behind a coffee bean: starting from the origins of cultivation, following the supply chain step by step, participants will be able to learn information and curiosities about this drink, to conclude with the guided tasting of some monorigins.
